The New Japanese restaurant “EN| Japanese restaurant” in Catania began from the meeting and collaboration between Dario Buscema, Giuliana Virlinzi, Shoichi Nobuyasu – the owner of the historical restaurant Hamasey in Rome – and the architect Nigel Allen – with monoarchitetti (Italy) and tp beneett architects (UK).
The result is a Japanese restaurant in Catania, that unites the passion for Japanese cuisine with that for wine in an atmosphere that discreetly preserves the dimension of the past.
The new Japanese restaurant in Catania “EN|Japanese restaurant”, offers a highly elegant atmosphere, with a typical Japanese garden. Our idea is to create a comfortable setting in welcoming and friendly surroundings for unusual, absorbing and intense discoveries of taste.
